During 2005 and to further enhance service standards, we established a client management division that is staffed with professional managers, who work with you to identify the product or products optimally suited to your specific needs.
We understand that, in large part, the relationship between a leasing company and its client depends on the professional competency and responsibility of our employees. Applicants terminate negotiations when they feel as if they are receiving limited information, ambiguous responses to specific questions and/or if they cannot detect genuine interest from a leasing company in becoming a long-term financial partner.
Upon contacting DeltaLeasing, you will be assigned a specific client manager who is responsible for meeting your needs in the most effective manner possible. To begin this process, simply call or write – a client manager will schedule an initial meeting at your convenience and either at your office or our office. Regardless of where the initial meeting occurs, you will receive indicative quotes based on a broad array of options.
After defining a deal structure that fits your needs, you will receive an application for lease financing. To accelerate a final decision and reduce the amount of time you must expend on the application process, DeltaLeasing uses a phased approach to document submission.
