Application Review

Following receipt of an application and required documents, a DeltaLeasing loan officer will review your project. Depending upon the asset(s) involved and deal size, the review process will requires between 3 and 15 days. During this period, our professionals will conduct financial and legal analyses and conduct a security background check of your business.

If at any stage during the process, we uncover issues that render a transaction impossible, we will immediately inform you of this situation and return all submitted documents. Applications are most-frequently refused following the receipt of negative information during a security background check or as a result of inaccurate information contained in application materials.

An important component of our work during this stage is the negotiation of detailed terms of sale with suppliers. Our experience and reputation assist us in negotiating the best supply terms possible, including detailed reviews of delivery insurance, guarantee and post-guarantee service, the availability of spare and replacement parts and much more.

DeltaLeasing’s Credit Committee renders a financing decision, after which you will be immediately informed and presented with execution-quality agreements.
