Lease agreements with DeltaLeasing are executed using two contracts:

• A leasing agreement between DeltaLeasing and an approved lessee; and
• A purchase agreement between DeltaLeasing and the approved equipment supplier.

Both agreements are signed in parallel and their execution begins immediately following receipt of our client’s down-payment.
