DeltaLeasing is domiciled in Russia and prepares its statutory accounting reports in accordance with the Regulations on Accounting and Reporting in the Russian Federation.

Since 2002, DeltaLeasing also prepares its financial statements in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (U.S. GAAP). The GAAP financial statements are issued at quarterly intervals. Interim quarterly statements are unaudited; annual audit is conducted by Moore Stephens International.
